PRE ORDER - 20yr old single cask - bottling after Hogmanay

50 bottles are available of this one off release of a very limited volume of spirit, the first ever Outlaw age statement cask release, from one of the 7 handpicked puncheon and hogshead cask stock.

Only 200 bottles are in this release which have been matured in a well known Speyside distillery single malt second fill 500L Sherry Puncheon. The Puncheon adds softness and special maturation characteristics to an already world beating dram.

NOSE: Woody but a soft and subtle nose. Gentle fruity notes developing into orange and candied citrus. Dark sugar with a slight hint of vanilla and toffee apple
TASTE: Tropical candied fruit, cherry, grandma's marmalade with hint of cask oakiness. So smooth with a silky silky mouthfeel. Finish is rich caramel sweetness, further layered fruity notes and just unending decadent smoothness.
